Robert Obenyah
The co-founder of Drona Development Solutions is Robert Obenyah, a former Social Behavioral Change Expert with DAI Global in Ghana. DAI Global is a prominent international development organization that focuses on addressing complex social, economic, and environmental challenges worldwide. Robert has close of two decades of relevant work experience in working with other reputable international organizations including, German International Cooperation (GIZ), Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), the Danish Centre for Culture and Development (CKU), Right To Play and others. Robert has also in the recent past consulted for internationally recognized organizations including ideas42, the World Bank, Ghanaian Ministry of Education, Ministry of Gender Children and Social Protection, Ghana Education Service, Council for Technical Vocational Education and Training (COTVET). Robert has the reputation for effectively leading highly impactful interventions in institutional strengthening, local governance and decentralization, education and youth development across the country. He speaks 5 different Ghanaian languages and has the rare experience of having worked in major cities, town and communities in all the 16 regions of Ghana. Robert is passionate, articulate, witty and friendly and he brings all these qualities to his work.
Lewis Atchoglo
Lewis Atchoglo is a seasoned Project Manager at Drona Development Solutions with over 15 years of distinguished expertise in research, monitoring, and evaluation across Ghana’s development landscape. His impressive career spans leadership roles with prestigious organizations including Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Ghana, FHI 360, and the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS).
As Project Manager, Lewis expertly leads multidisciplinary teams, setting strategic priorities and deadlines while ensuring exceptional deliverable quality. His systematic approach to progress tracking and performance optimization consistently identifies improvement opportunities and implements targeted solutions that exceed client expectations.
Lewis excels in stakeholder management, preparing comprehensive project reports and maintaining transparent communication with clients and partners. His ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights makes him invaluable to both internal teams and external stakeholders. With proven expertise in evidence-based development programming, Lewis consistently delivers projects that advance development goals and strengthen organizational capacity across Ghana’s evolving development ecosystem.
Mr. Asiwome Zigi
Zigi Asiwome is an accomplished development planner and key member of Drona Consulting, bringing exceptional expertise in planning, monitoring, and capacity building. With a strong academic foundation in planning and resource management, coupled with hands-on experience development planning, project management, social protection and business development.
Blaise Agana
Blaise Agana serves as Drona Development Solutions’ dedicated representative for the Upper West Region of Ghana. Blaise bringing 8 years of extensive experience in development programming, Business Development, community engagement, and project implementation across northern Ghana. With deep roots in the northern regions of Ghana and comprehensive understanding of local dynamics positions him to effectively bridge the gap between international development initiatives and grassroots implementation.
Hambali Daud Sissey
Hambali Daud Sissey is a high-performing Project Management and Public Financial Management Specialist and key member of Drona Development Solutions’ consulting team, bringing over a decade of distinguished experience implementing donor-funded initiatives across Ghana and West Africa. His expertise spans digital transformation, inclusive development, enhanced public financial governance, and institutional capacity building.
With deep knowledge of Ghana’s Public Financial Management landscape and proven excellence in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, Hambali has established himself as a trusted advisor to international development organizations, government agencies, and donor partners seeking sustainable, impactful outcomes through green and digital growth strategies.
Dr. Winfred Nelson
Dr. Nelson brings over three decades of distinguished leadership with the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC). With a PhD in Development Studies and MPhil in Environmental Studies, Dr. Nelson has been very instrumental in shaping national development policies and development frameworks in Ghana for several.
Dr. Nelson has expertise in Climate Adaptation, Environmental Risk Assessment & Mitigation and Development Planning. He has successfully led and oversaw the implementation of multi-million-dollar initiatives with measurable impactful outcomes for beneficiaries across the country. He is also a recognized thought leader who has trained hundreds of government officials nationwide and a speaker at several international conferences and forums.
Dr. Nelson’s extensive knowledge of Ghana’s public sector combined with his exceptional story-telling & facilitation skills make him an invaluable resource person for high-level policy dialogues and capacity-building initiatives across multiple sectors in Ghana. Dr. Nelson is a senior Consultant at Drona Development Solutions.
Mr. Emmanuel Mensah Dua
Mr. Emmanuel Mensah Dua is an accomplished Development Practitioner with over a decade of experience in programme and project management, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), data analysis, and performance measurement within leading international organizations. He specializes in results-based monitoring and evaluation, policy and programme implementation, and quality assurance. Emmanuel has a proven track record in supporting large-scale evaluations by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning to deliver impactful and sustainable development outcomes.
Lamisi Awini
Lamisi is a highly accomplished and resourceful professional with extensive expertise in environmental health, community development, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and project facilitation. With over a decade of experience in development consulting and field implementation, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills that drive impactful outcomes in diverse community-based projects.
She holds a BSc in Environmental Health and Sanitation Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and has undergone specialized training in Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) and water security planning. Fluent in Kusaal, Gruni, Twi, and English, Lamisi effectively engages diverse communities. Lamisi is a key team member for Drona Consulting in the Upper East Region of Ghana.
Fusaini Salifu
Fusaini Salifu is a seasoned development professional and a key member of Drona Consulting with over two decades of experience in project management, field coordination, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and community liaison. His extensive expertise spans across working with international organizations, grassroots groups, and diverse stakeholders to implement impactful projects in Ghana.With a proven ability to foster stakeholder relationships, design and implement training, and manage field teams. Fusaini Salifu plays an instrumental role at Drona Consulting in delivering high-impact solutions across various development initiatives.
